You’ve seen the election posters, and soon it will be time to vote - we have two Bearna candidates running in the local elections for Conamara South (for seats on Galway County Council).

We have two Bearna-based candidates for the local elections.

Sitting councillor Tomás Ó Curraoin is standing for Republican Sinn Féin (RSF), and MacDara Hosty for Fianna Fáil.

If you have a vote, please use it next Friday to keep a local representative in our area.

PS If you live west of Bearna Woods/Silverstrand, your vote is for the County Council.
