Mickey Lydon R.I.P.

Very sad to hear about the death of Michael (Mickey) Lydon, Cappagh Road, at Galway Hospice on Thursday.

He was a familiar face at Mass in Bearna, and always loved the chat.

He is survived by his sister, Evelyn; nephews John, Martin and Christopher; niece Marion; along with extended family, neighbours and friends.

His remains will repose at St. Anthony's Room, within the Church of St. John the Apostle, Knocknacarra, on Monday at 5pm, with removal at 6pm.

Funeral after 11am Requiem Mass on Tuesday, and burial at Rahoon Cemetery.

Family flowers only. Donations, if desired, to Galway Hospice.
